30-Second Tactical Reset Drill

When seconds count and you need to shift your state fast, this 30-second protocol delivers. Perfect for pre-mission briefs, post-contact decompression, or any moment you need to regain composure and focus.

This drill combines key elements proven to activate your parasympathetic nervous system: inhalation of Rest & Relax Aromatherapeutic, controlled exhale-biased breathing, EOBT Tactical Points. This trifecta creates a neurological "pattern interrupt" that helps downshift the threat response within.

2-Minute Deep Readiness Protocol

Train Your Nervous System Twice a Day
Practicing this 2-minute protocol in the morning and evening conditions your nervous system to return to a steady, controlled state more quickly. Then, use it during stressful moments or when preparing for sleep and recovery. Taking two minutes allows the system to shift into a deeper level of physiological regulation. This extended protocol builds on the 30-second drill, creating more complete parasympathetic activation, improved emotional steadiness, and stronger neural conditioning over time.

Repeated engagement with the same sensory sequence – scent, breath pacing, tactile grounding, sound frequency, and visual focus – reinforces neural pathways associated with calm and controlled performance. Consistent repetition leads to long-term changes in stress response patterns and improved readiness.
